My Religious Philosophy

You are Agnostic

You're not sure if God exists, and you don't care.
For you, there's no true way to figure out the divine.
You rather focus on what you can control - your own life.
And you tend to resent when others "sell" religion to you.

one doesn't need a religion to find god. as for me, the presence of a supreme being who intelligently created the universe is hard to deny. it's hard to assume that our sophisticated and complex body structure was developed by itself. who put the lenses in our eyes? who designed our blood circulation? who made us capable to develop civilizations?

god and religion are two different things, religion is needed when we start to think how we should deal with our belief in god and how we should treat our fellow humans and the nature. it's a social concept and is highly institutionalized with its rituals and values.

i’m sure that the so-called “god” does exist and it’s one of my greatest concerns.  it’s not easy to figure out the divine but i think there must be a true way anyhow.

we are free to choose the way we perceive divinity as the supreme being has naturally given us creative minds. but i don’t think it’s right to forcefully impose our judgments regarding this matter to other people.

nevertheless, whatever attitude we chose regarding this matter, agnostic, atheist, deist or religionist, i agree it's more important to focus on our life, not doing it for egoistic reasons, but to make our life meaningful to humanity.

ehm...a very intriguing post. You're right! When we deny God's existence it doesn't mean that God doesn't exist. The existence of God does not depend on our acknowledgment. What happends is that we diminish the significance of God. Whether God exists or not I don't care.
